Amazing kitchen cooker . If I had to choose one kitchen cooking implement it would be this , I make fantastic stews . Soups in winter months , its possibilities are just endless I highly recommend you purchase one . When you used to use the old pan on the stove type the fear of god used to go through you as it always sounded like it would explode this is ultra quiet till you finish and release the steam / pressure off . Phew ! Much safer feeling . I’ve had mine at least 8 years and still works like new ! Highly highly recommended
