Being a carpenter & joiner I only use makita cordless tools , as I find them extremely powerful and reliable . I needed an Sds hammer drill and naturally went straight for makita’s range of drills . After reading up on this particular one took the plunge . So I purchased it with 2 x 18 volt. Batteries . It drills with absolutely no resistance at all . And makes very light work of all drilling projects .It’s one the those must have tools in your arsenal . And Makita have nailed it with this one ! . Had mine at least 7 years now and it’s never failed me . Highly recommended
