But what’s really clever is how you can filter the oil completely of the pieces of food that come off whilst cooking . Eg : southern fried chicken / tempura prawns etc . It separates it so you don’t get that burnt taste when you reuse the filtered oil . It revolutionises deep fat frying . Highly recommended !
